Park Restaurant

Tonight we’re celebrating my photos being published in Honolulu Magazine’s 100 Best Dishes! A special congrats is in order to The Pig and the Lady as well for their french dip sandwich making it on the cover. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate these things than with a feast of even more food pictures.

The Park restaurant, where the old “W” was, is having their Grand Opening on August 1st. Here’s a little taste from their soft opening. Some notable standouts include the grilled tako, kampachi, ribeye as well as the fresh catch of the day, local ahi. Other dishes worth mentioning were the mac and cheese as well as the prosciutto flatbread pizza. The restaurant is also offering twenty five different wines for $25 dollars. With the chic relaxed environment as well as the attention to detail in both the decor and the food I can see this place quickly filling the void left by Apartment 3’s departure.
